Amy Sirich and Aly Harber began their first business venture in 2010 when they discovered a shared quest for the perfect belt.  After much frustration with finding a belt that had a low enough profile to hide behind their t-shirts and firm enough to hold up their pants without constant tugging, they formed Amy & Aly LLC and invented the hipsi belt. 

Alyson is a graduate of Stanford University with dual degrees in Symbolic Systems with an emphasis in Computer Science and Sociology.   Prior to having children, Alyson worked primarily in the technology industry with experience in network design, hardware, software, sales, sales engineering, and marketing at the start-up and Fortune 500 levels.  Her previous start up experience included starting a technology consulting firm in Raleigh-Durham.

Aly currently resides in the Seattle, Washington area and is enjoying being an empty nester with her husband Eric while their three children are in college and beyond.

Amy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.  The majority of her corporate career was in management at a large incentive travel company with strong experience in travel planning, operations and quality control.  Her other start up experience was with an online portal for people with disabilities. 

 Amy currently resides in the Seattle, Washington area with her husband, Steve, and their two children.
